Redesign of OptumPay Premium pages
The ask: Develop concepts for the look and feel for the OptumPay Premium site. It must scale across other collateral such as sell sheets and email. An additional consideration was to make it align slightly to the direction of the upcoming Optum brand refresh. The look must be optimistic, colorful and human-centric.
Institutional Special Needs Plan (ISNP) Visual Rebrand
The ask: Develop and execute strategic engagement campaigns to establish product differentiation in the new competitive market to increase leads and nurture current leads.
Rebrand included new overall look and feel to create a warm and uplifting mood as opposed to competitor’s impersonal and drab nursing home marketing.
